To help maintain your weekly budgeted labor, we recommend you set a maximum number of scheduled labor hours for your schedules.

     In Schedule Settings, enter the allotted number of hours in the "Maximum Labor Hours Per Week" field.

This will trigger warnings any time scheduled labor exceeds the maximum budgeted hours for the week.  (The scheduled hours total in the lower right-hand corner will turn red and a second warning will appear when you send the schedule.)

Please note this is just for triggering the warnings. It will not prevent the schedule from being sent.
